(1) Open cotton: loosen the compressed raw cotton into smaller cotton pieces or cotton bundles to facilitate the smooth progress of mixing and impurity removal; (2) Cotton cleaning: remove most of the impurities, defects and short fibers that are not suitable for spinning in raw cotton; (3) Cotton blending: The raw cotton of different components is fully and evenly mixed to facilitate the stability of cotton yarn quality; (4) Rolled: a cotton roll with a certain weight, length, uniform thickness and good shape.
