This is a textile waste recycling production line, consist of Opening Machine and cleaning machine. Opening machine and cleaning machine can match freely according to customer requirement. And this model production line with the cover to protect machine. In terms of machine, a comprehensive upgrade has been made and steel plate welding structure gas been adopted.

(1) Open cotton: loosen the compressed raw cotton into smaller cotton pieces or cotton bundles to facilitate the smooth progress of mixing and impurity removal; (2) Cotton cleaning: remove most of the impurities, defects and short fibers that are not suitable for spinning in raw cotton; (3) Cotton blending: The raw cotton of different components is fully and evenly mixed to facilitate the stability of cotton yarn quality; (4) Rolled: a cotton roll with a certain weight, length, uniform thickness and good shape.
